Terms of Service
The agreement behind the appointment
By booking with Glow Lash Lounge or using this website, you accept the terms below. Effective .
1. Who we are
Glow Lash Lounge ("Glow," "we," "us") operates lash and brow studios at 175 W Crogan St, Suite 210, Lawrenceville, GA 30046 and 3550 Peachtree Industrial Blvd, Suite 140, Duluth, GA 30096, and the website glowlashstudio.com. These terms govern your use of both the studios' services and the website.
2. Services
We provide cosmetic lash and brow services as described on our services and pricing pages. Results vary with individual lash health, growth cycles, and adherence to aftercare; descriptions of expected retention are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. We may decline or modify a service where, in our professional judgment, proceeding would risk your eye health or the integrity of your natural lashes. Clients under 18 require a parent or guardian to book and provide written consent.
3. Booking, deposits & cancellation
Appointments require a deposit, which applies toward your service. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice incur a $30 fee; no-shows are charged 50 percent of the booked service; late arrivals beyond a 15-minute grace period may be shortened or rescheduled. The full schedule of appointment rules lives on our studio policies page and forms part of these terms. By providing your phone number and email at booking you consent to receive transactional appointment messages; marketing communications require separate consent and may be withdrawn at any time.
4. Client responsibilities & assumption of risk
You agree to disclose relevant health information before service — including eye conditions, recent eye surgery, allergies, and sensitivities — and to follow the aftercare guidance provided with your set. Cosmetic lash services carry inherent, uncommon risks, including adhesive sensitivity and irritation, even when performed correctly. A complimentary patch test is available and recommended for sensitive clients. By receiving services you acknowledge these risks and agree that you have had the opportunity to ask questions and to request a patch test.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law, Glow's total liability arising from any service or from use of this website is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct. If something goes wrong with your set, our first obligation — and genuine preference — is to fix it, as described in our 72-hour adjustment policy.
6. Gift cards
Digital gift cards are available in amounts from $50 to $500, are redeemable for services and retail at either studio, never expire, and carry no fees, consistent with Georgia law. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law, and purchases are non-refundable. We are not responsible for cards sent to an incorrectly supplied email address, though we will reissue codes to a corrected address on request. Lost or stolen codes can be frozen and reissued if unredeemed.
7. Membership billing
The Glow Circle bills monthly to your card on file on your enrollment anniversary date. Membership carries a three-month minimum commitment; after that you may cancel effective your next billing date by written notice or in person. Monthly benefits do not roll over, are non-transferable except as expressly stated, and have no cash value. Failed payments pause benefits until resolved. Full plan details are on the membership page. We may adjust membership pricing with at least 30 days' notice, effective on your next billing cycle after the notice period.
8. Intellectual property
The Glow name, logo, wordmark, website copy, photography, and Journal articles are the property of Glow Lash Lounge or its licensors and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without written permission. Client photographs are used only with written consent. You may share and link to our content for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution.
9. Website use
You agree not to misuse the website — no scraping at disruptive volume, no attempting to access systems that are not yours, no submitting false booking information. The site is provided as-is; we work to keep information current, but service availability and pricing are confirmed at booking. Third-party links, including map and review platforms, are governed by those platforms' own terms.
10. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Gwinnett County, Georgia, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
11. Changes & contact
We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be noted on this page with a new effective date, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance. Questions are welcome at [email protected] or through our contact page.
