Before You Arrive
What should you expect at your appointment?
You'll be met by your artist — not a front desk — and shown to a private room. New clients begin with a mapped consultation: eye shape, natural lash assessment, and an honest conversation about the look you want against what your lashes can healthily carry. Then you rest with your eyes closed while the work happens. Most clients sleep.
How do you prepare?
Arrive with completely clean lashes — no mascara, no eye makeup, no oils or creams near the eyes that day. Skip caffeine beforehand if you can, since it makes eyes flutter under the lamp. Arrive ten minutes early for your first visit, and leave contact lenses at home or bring a case; you'll want them out during the appointment.
What is the cancellation policy?
Reschedule or cancel with at least 24 hours' notice and your $30 deposit moves with you. Inside 24 hours the deposit is forfeited, and no-shows may be asked to prepay future visits. The full text is in our studio policies, and common questions are answered in the FAQ.
