Your information, handled with care

What we collect

When you book an appointment, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and payment details, along with your appointment history and any notes relevant to your service — lash mapping preferences, adhesive sensitivities you disclose, and the studio you visit. When you buy a gift card, we collect the recipient's email address to deliver it. When you write to us through the contact form, we keep your message and reply. When you browse the site, we collect the modest technical information described in the cookies section below. That is the full list; we do not collect information we do not use.

How we use it

We use your booking information to run your appointments: confirmations, reminders by SMS and email, schedule changes, and follow-ups after a new set. If you join the Glow Circle, we use your payment details for monthly billing and your visit history to track loyalty points and referral credits. With your consent, we send occasional marketing email — new services, seasonal availability, Journal articles — and you can opt out with one click in any message. SMS is used for appointment logistics unless you separately opt in to promotional texts; reply STOP at any time to end them. Health notes you share stay in your client file, visible only to the artists who serve you.

What we never do

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent, trade, or share it with third parties for their marketing. Your information leaves our systems only to reach the service providers who make the studio run — our booking and point-of-sale platform, our payment processor, our email and SMS delivery services — each of which is contractually limited to processing on our behalf. Payment card numbers are handled entirely by our payment processor and never touch our own servers. Before-and-after photos are published to our gallery or Instagram only with your explicit written consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Cookies & analytics

This site uses a small number of cookies: functional cookies that keep the site working, and privacy-respecting analytics that tell us which pages are read and roughly where visitors come from, in aggregate. We use this to understand, for example, whether clients in Suwanee find us through the service areas page — not to build advertising profiles. You can block cookies in your browser without breaking anything essential; online booking is handled by our booking provider, whose own cookie notice applies on its pages.

How long we keep things

Client records are retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward, both for your convenience if you return and to meet tax and record-keeping obligations. Contact form messages are kept for two years. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, except for the minimum required for legal and accounting purposes.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time what information we hold about you, request a copy, correct anything inaccurate, or ask for deletion. You may withdraw marketing consent whenever you like without affecting your appointments. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] from the address on your account, or ask at the front desk of either studio, and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

Our services and website are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16, and lash services for minors under 18 require a parent or guardian to book and consent.
