Lounge Policies

How we protect your time, and ours

Clear policies are part of a calm studio. Everything below exists so appointments start on time, artists are respected, and every client gets our full attention.

Cancellations & rescheduling

Life moves; we ask only for notice. You may cancel or reschedule without charge up to 24 hours before your appointment, and your deposit transfers with the new booking. Cancellations inside the 24-hour window incur a $30 fee, which covers a portion of the time your artist held for you. The easiest way to manage an appointment is through the link in your confirmation email, or by calling your studio directly.

No-shows

A missed appointment without notice is charged 50 percent of the booked service, and repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings. We hold every appointment slot exclusively for one client, so an empty chair cannot be given to someone on the waitlist without warning. If a true emergency kept you away, tell us — we are reasonable people and treat genuine circumstances as such.

Late arrivals

You have a 15-minute grace period, during which we will do our best to deliver your full service. Beyond 15 minutes, remaining time usually cannot accommodate quality work, so the appointment may be shortened to what can be done well, converted to a smaller service, or rescheduled — in which case the late-cancellation fee applies. A quick call from the road always helps us plan around you.

Deposits

All appointments require a deposit at booking, applied in full toward your service total. Deposits transfer to rescheduled appointments made with proper notice and are forfeited on late cancellations and no-shows, offsetting the fees above. Gift card and membership bookings follow the same rules.

Fills over another studio's work

We fill outside work case by case, after a brief consult at the start of your appointment. If the existing application is sound — properly isolated, appropriately weighted, healthy underneath — we proceed as a standard fill. If it is not, we will show you exactly what we see and recommend a gentle removal ($40, free with a new set) and a fresh start. We will not build on a foundation that could damage your natural lashes, whoever laid it.

Guests & children

Our studios are designed around quiet — clients rest, and often sleep, through appointments that run up to two and a half hours. For that reason we cannot accommodate extra guests, children, or pets in the treatment rooms, and unattended children cannot wait in the lounge. Service animals are always welcome. If you are gifting an appointment and want to accompany someone to their first visit, you are welcome to see them settled in before the service begins.

Adjustments & refunds

If anything about your set is not right, tell us within 72 hours and we will fix it at no charge — that covers retention issues, comfort concerns, and styling adjustments. We do not offer cash refunds on services performed; our commitment is to make the work right rather than to walk away from it. Unopened retail products may be exchanged within 14 days. Gift card purchases are non-refundable, per our terms of service.

Health & contraindications

Some conditions make lash services unwise, and we would rather decline a booking than compromise your eye health. Please postpone your visit if you have an active eye infection such as conjunctivitis or a stye, blepharitis flare, recent eye surgery including LASIK within the last 30 days, or untreated ocular allergies. Chemotherapy, trichotillomania affecting the lash line, and alopecia deserve a conversation first — reach out and we will advise honestly, sometimes toward a lift or tint instead of extensions. Clients with known adhesive sensitivities should book a complimentary patch test at least 48 hours ahead, as described in our FAQ. When in doubt, ask; it costs nothing and protects everything.

These policies apply identically at both studios and may be updated from time to time; the version on this page governs. Last updated .
