Our Story
Glow Lash Lounge was built on a simple conviction: lash artistry deserves the same care, privacy, and craft as any other fine service. Here is who we are and how we work.
Philosophy
Because the best set for you is not the biggest set we can sell you. Eye shape, natural lash strength, lifestyle, even how you sleep — all of it changes what will actually look good and hold well. Every new client starts with a mapped consultation, included with the set, before we choose curl, length, or density together.
We would rather place a classic set that flatters you for years than a mega volume set your natural lashes can't carry. That restraint is the whole point of an atelier: considered, editorial beauty rather than loud glamour. It's also why our fill clients — detailed on the pricing page — return every two to three weeks instead of starting over every two months.
Hygiene & Sanitation
Everything that touches your eyes is either sterilized or single-use. Tweezers and reusable tools go through a medical-grade autoclave between clients, not a quick wipe-down. Lash brushes, under-eye pads, adhesive wells, and applicators are disposed of after one use, every time.
Beds are stripped, sanitized, and re-linened after each appointment, and both studios run HEPA filtration so adhesive fumes never linger. Artists wash and glove between clients and complete annual bloodborne-pathogen and sanitation training. If you have sensitivities or a history of reactions, tell us when you book — we offer sensitive adhesives and patch testing, and our FAQ covers what to expect.
The Artists
Glow Lash Lounge is run by two artists across our Lawrenceville and Duluth locations.

What We Hold To
Craft over speed. Appointments are booked with room to breathe. No artist here is measured by how many clients she can turn in a day.
Honesty about lash health. If your natural lashes need a break, we'll say so — and suggest a lift or a rest instead of another set.
Privacy. One artist, one client, one room. Your appointment is your hour.
Consistency. Whether you book in Lawrenceville or Duluth, with either artist, the mapping standards, products, and sanitation protocols are identical.
